Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

Romanese Riserva Metodo Classico Brut Trento DOC is made by the Cantina Romanese winery , a production reality that enhances the characteristics of the denomination. The label is obtained from the vinification and sparkling process of Chardonnay grapes, an international variety that finds ideal conditions for a luxuriant development on the Dolomite lands. The owned plots are located near the lake of Levico, whose microclimate with strong temperature variations proves to be optimal for allowing the grapes to reach the perfect sugar concentration. Once the manual harvest phase has been completed, the bunches are transported to the cellar for destemming and alcoholic fermentation. This is followed by the refermentation in the bottle typical of the Champenoise Method, which involves aging on the lees and lasts for 4 years. After disgorgement, a small amount of dosing liquid is added. Romanese Riserva Metodo Classico Brut Trento DOC can pleasantly surprise right away, as well as after a couple of years of rest in the cellar.
