It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Ronchedone Ca' dei Frati is an excellent red wine that comes from the lush vineyards of the southern area of Lake Garda, near Desenzano, in Lombardy. A wine with a unique, intense character, produced thanks to the combination of high quality grapes such as Marzemino, Sangiovese and Cabernet. These grapes are carefully selected and then macerated in steel barrels and finally fermented in wooden barriques for over a year. A further 10 months are then necessary for the wine to rest in the bottle before being able to reach the tables of the most demanding consumers. The Cà dei Frati winery is a renowned reality in the wine sector, famous in the area of the Lombard shore of Lake Garda, thanks to a careful, accurate and professional work and a strong bond with the territory. In fact, the Dal Cero family has been operating for decades by researching and enhancing a past of great work in the wine field that has been handed down for generations.
