The Rosa dei Frati Riviera del Garda Classico DOC from the historic Lombard Ca' dei Frati winery is a high quality rosé wine. Produced from the blend of Groppello grapes, Marzemino grapes, Sangiovese grapes and Barbera grapes, this rosé is a wine that never tires; as fresh as it is gentle, Rosa dei Frati is always able to surprise with its incisiveness. A perfect synthesis of the highest enological production in the area, this wine well represents the typical rosé wines of the area. Rosa dei Frati Riviera del Garda Classico DOC is the result of a short maceration in steel and subsequent aging on the lees in steel for 6 months; after which the Rosa dei Frati is bottled. However, before being released on the market, this wine must rest for another 2 months in the bottle. The result is an energetic and very drinkable rosé wine, which stands out for its surprising sapidity and for its rather decisive persistence.
