'Rosabella' Rosato Vajra 2021

Rosabella Rosato is a fragrant and fresh wine, produced by the historic Piedmontese winery Vajra . It is largely obtained from the vinification of Nebbiolo grapes, to which small quantities of Barbera and Dolcetto are added. The three native varieties are grown on the estate's vineyards, located near Barolo. The plots boast fertile soils and a unique microclimate, two features that create a favorable environment for the growth of vines. When they reach full maturity, only the best bunches are selected by hand according to a gradual harvest based on the specific grape variety. Once in the cellar, the grapes are de-stemmed and quickly macerated at low temperatures. Both the alcoholic fermentation and the subsequent refinement take place inside stainless steel tanks. Rosabella Rosato is a wine designed to be tasted in its youth, in order to fully appreciate its fresh varietal scents.
