'RosaMati' Toscana Rosato IGT Fattoria Le Pupille 2021

RosaMati Toscana Rosato IGT is a perfumed wine produced by Fattoria Le Pupille . This rosé is obtained from the exclusive vinification of Syrah grapes, a variety that achieves excellent results in the Maremma area. This is due not only to the ideal exposure, but to the characteristics of the sandy soil on which the vineyards are located. In the first days of September the bunches are selected manually and transported to the cellar. Here the vinification begins with a rapid maceration on the skins and continues with a delicate pressing phase. Fermentation at low temperatures involves the use of steel tanks, while only 10% of the wine is left for another two weeks in wooden barrels, at the first passage of use. The subsequent refinement lasts four months and takes place in steel vats. To appreciate all its peculiarities of fragrance and elegant fruit, RosaMati Toscana Rosato IGT should be enjoyed as soon as it is bottled.
