Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

From the perfect union of four different vintages of Chardonnay grapes comes Rosé de Blancs Champagne AOC Brut Cuis 1er Cru Pierre Gimonnet & Fils. The Gimonett brothers, eternal experimenters, cultivate 28 hectares of Chardonnay in a particular place in terms of climate and geographical position: the Côte des Blancs. Here they masterfully combine different elements with the aim of making the champagne they love. Rosé de Blancs Champagne AOC Brut Cuis 1er Cru Pierre Gimonnet & Fils is synonymous with tradition and application that makes this champagne unmistakable, a perfect balance between the raw materials used, elegance and freshness. The history of this champagne and of the Gimonnet family has been firmly linked to the Champagne region since the mid-1600s. Even today, vineyards that are over 75 years old are used and from which so much goodness is obtained. The entire winemaking process is based on a traditional working methodology to give that fresh and elegant aspect typical of Charonnay.
