Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description
Rosé de Noir Spumante Brut is produced by the Modenese winery Cleto Chiarli , a company that stands out for its innovative approach to viticulture. The label is obtained from the vinification and sparkling process of the native grape variety Lambrusco Grasparossa and the international one Pinot Noir. The two varieties are grown in the estate's own vineyards, which are managed with a view to limiting human intervention and guaranteeing the vine the ideal conditions for producing healthy grapes. When they reach the optimal degree of ripeness, the grapes are harvested by hand. Upon arrival in the cellar, the whole bunches are gently pressed and then left to ferment at a controlled temperature with the use of carefully selected yeasts. The subsequent refermentation takes place in modern autoclaves, in line with the provisions of the Charmat Method. Rosé de Noir Spumante Brut is thought to give its best shortly after bottling, when the fresh sensations linked to the varietal aromas emerge.
