'Rosé del Borro' Toscana IGT Rosato Bio Il Borro 2021

Rosé del Borro Toscana IGT Rosato Bio is a perfumed wine from the Arezzo winery Il Borro . It is obtained from the exclusive vinification of grapes of the local Sangiovese variety which are grown organically on the hills near a medieval village. The vineyards of the San Giustino Valdarno estate constitute the ideal environment for the development of the vines, which grow healthy until the harvest. During the manual harvest, only the best bunches pass the selection and are transported to the cellar. Here the grapes are cold pressed after a short contact with the skins. Fermentation at low temperatures takes place in modern stainless steel tanks. In the same vats the wine ages on the lees for a few months until bottling. Rosé del Borro Toscana IGT Rosato Bio is perfect right away, even if it can reserve pleasant surprises even after resting for a couple of years.
