Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

From the union of the Antinori family's experience and the vocation of a territory, Franciacorta , this splendid Rosé was born on the Montenisai Estate. A selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes. As regards the production, we have a manual harvest, a soft pressing; the vinification of the 'flower' must was subjected to the first alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks to maintain the fragrance of the grapes. The second fermentation, the one in the bottle (according to the Classic Method), in contact with the lees, took place over the following 24 months. In the glass it has a nice pale onion skin colour, creamy foam with fine and persistent perlage. On an aromatic level it is fragrant and decisive, distinguished by the unmistakable peculiarity of Pinot Noir, with vague hints of dried wild flowers. On the palate it is characterized by its freshness in perfect balance with the structure, for a result of remarkable harmony and elegance.
