'Rosimi' Rosato Isonzo del Friuli DOC Ronco del Gelso 2020

Rosimi Rosato Isonzo del Friuli DOC is a wine produced by the Friulian winery Ronco del Gelso , intent since its foundation to enhance the strengths of this suitable territory. This label is obtained from the vinification of grapes of the international Merlot variety. On the vineyards owned by the company, the vines are cultivated using the Guyot system, which makes it possible to optimize the effects of sun exposure up to the time of harvest. The white vinification begins with the pressing of the whole bunch, which does not undergo maceration. Fermentation involves the use of selected yeasts and rigorous temperature control. Once this step is complete, the wine is then left to age for about a year in large wooden barrels, which give structure and complexity to the sensory notes. Extraordinary right from the start, Rosimi Rosato Isonzo del Friuli DOC can however be appreciated with satisfaction after 1-2 years of careful storage in the cellar.
