Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Rosso di Montalcino DOC is an excellent wine produced by the historic Tuscan winery Lisini, a thriving production reality that has its ancient roots in the lands of the countryside of Montalcino, where its vineyards are cultivated, the same ones that give the consumer wines of unique terroirs. This red, which comes from the vinification of pure Sangiovese Grosso grapes, is the fruit of vines that enjoy a special microclimate that is subject to the benevolent influences of the Maremma marine currents. Rosso di Montalcino DOC is a noteworthy label, which has obtained various awards at national and international level, including that of the experts of the Wine Enthusiast magazine. The wine comes from a meticulous harvest of the grapes done by hand in boxes. After the harvest, the bunches, transported to the cellar, are fermented in vitrified cement tanks, and then aged for 6 months in wood and 3 in steel. Before being marketed, it is still aged for a while in glass. The result is a warm red with a dry sip. An elegant, fresh and very pleasant label, for a wine that is characterized by its good persistence.
