It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
The Rosso di Montalcino DOC Podere Brizio is an intense and fragrant wine from the Tuscan Dievole winery. This label is obtained from the exclusive vinification of Sangiovese grapes, a very widespread and appreciated vine in this area. The vines are cultivated with spurred cordon and grow on land of marine origin, with a good percentage of silt and sand. Among the rows, the company's work is inspired by a traditional philosophy that follows the rhythms of nature and limits human intervention to the bare minimum. Following a careful manual harvest, the grapes are transported to the cellar, where the vinification begins with destemming and crushing. Then follows the alcoholic fermentation on indigenous yeasts and the refinement process, which lasts for twelve months in large untoasted wooden barrels. Rosso di Montalcino DOC Podere Brizio is an excellent wine to be enjoyed as soon as it is bottled, but it can evolve for up to five years if kept with great care in the cellar.
