Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Rovereto Gavi DOCG is a pleasant white from the Chiarlo Michele winery which has two very specific characteristics: sapidity and freshness, qualities obtained thanks to the unique and particular terroir. It comes from Cortese grapes vinified alone, grown in vineyards located between 400 and 500 meters above sea level. The vines are about 15 years old and are grown on land exposed to the south-east which has a subsoil mainly made up of clayey marl, to which there are also traces of stone. The bunches are selected and collected during the harvesting operations with manual systems. Then follows the pressing phase, whose must is fermented in steel containers. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees for about 5 months, before being bottled. Rovereto Gavi DOCG is thus revealed to be ready to be drunk: a wine of great elegance, marked freshness, excellent intensity and structure.
