The still white wine Rueda Verdejo DO is a label from the range of Marqués de Cáceres, a company that for years has represented one of the peaks of excellence in Rioja Alta (Spain). It is here, within what is considered one of the most suitable regions from a wine point of view, that the vines owned by the cellar arise. The grapes of the Viura vine, destined to be vinified in purity in this monovarietal white, find an ideal habitat to fully develop their potential. In order to be able to enhance the typical minerality of this vine, the winemaking process aims to limit human intervention: steel is preferred to wood and the refinement takes place directly in the bottle. Already bottled in January following the harvest, this fragrant and lively white wine is meant to be enjoyed young.
