'Rulendis' Pinot Grigio Trentino Superiore DOC Cavit 2019

Rulendis Pinot Grigio Trentino Superiore DOC is a fragrant white wine made by the Cavit winery. It is obtained from the vinification of Pinot Grigio grapes only, a variety that reaches excellent quality levels in the Dolomites area thanks to the unique mineral composition of the substrates. The owned plots are located about 500 meters above sea level, where the microclimate and exposure guarantee particularly favorable conditions right up to the harvest. When they reach full maturity, the bunches are harvested and transported to the cellar for vinification. The alcoholic fermentation takes place inside large thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks. In the same containers the wine remains for the subsequent refinement, which lasts for several months. Perfect already after bottling, Rulendis Pinot Grigio Trentino Superiore DOC can reserve pleasant surprises even after a couple of years of further evolution.
