Rum Chairman's Reserve Legacy Saint Lucia Distillers

From the warm and flourishing lands of the island of Saint Lucia, a small corner of Paradise in the Caribbean characterized by a tropical climate, comes the Chairman's Reserve Rum , an excellent distillate produced by the historic company Saint Lucia Distillers , a point of reference in the production of great spirits for over 50 years old. The precious rum is obtained from the maturation and fermentation of sugar cane molasses. It is then left to rest for 5 years in American oak barriques, the same ones used some time before to contain Bourbon Whisky. This is followed by the mixing of different lots, until a blend with an intense flavor is obtained and the refinement of 6 months, essential for having a soft distillate with a strong personality. Harmonious and balanced, Chairman's Reserve Rum is ideal for preparing alcoholic cocktails such as Cuba Libre, Daiquiri or Mojito. It is also perfect sipped on its own, without the addition of ice.
