Rum 'Chairman’s Reserve' Saint Lucia Distillers 70 Cl

Rum Chairman's Reserve is a distillate produced by the Santa Lucia Distillers company, located on the Caribbean island of the same name, where it interprets the British tradition and a colonial past that has left an important legacy. This spirit, blended for the first time about twenty years ago, is the result of a blend that aims to achieve the highest quality levels. In fact, it is obtained by assembling very young rums with other rums that boast a longer aging. Before the different rums are blended, they are matured in American oak barrels. The choice of containers falls on barrels that previously contained Bourbon, an aspect which will give the final product a very particular note. Once mixed, the distillate undergoes another six months of aging in oak barrels. Perfect as a base for cocktails, Rum Chairman's Reserve is also excellent enjoyed alone, smooth or with ice. Truly aromatic, intense, enveloping, with spicy and vanilla notes, it is recommended for relaxing after dinner.
