Glass
Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description

The Prosecco Rustico of the Nino Franco winery is obtained through the use of the precious Glera grapes. This vine, native and typical of the Valdobbiadene area in the province of Treviso, grows luxuriantly thanks to the clayey soils and continuous ventilation which ensure the production of excellent quality grapes. This winery has been dedicating passion and work for three generations to the search for excellent products. The result is obtained thanks to a balanced combination of artisan traditions and technological innovation. The production cycle begins with the harvest scheduled for the end of September and carried out by hand, so as not to damage the bunches. Destemming and soft pressing are then carried out to then move on to fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation is then carried out with the Charmat Method (as per the disciplinary) in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and the maturation in the bottle. In this way, a refined and delicate prosecco is obtained, characterized by a persistent foam and a fruity aftertaste, to be consumed on any occasion.
