Description
Salice Salentino reserve Dop is one of the red wines signed by the Apulian winery Vecchia Torre. The grapes that give life to Salice are 85% Negroamaro and 15% Malvasia Nera. Vines grown according to the sapling and spurred cordon system. One of the words that also makes this wine a guarantee of quality and excellence is collaboration, which, together with passion and determination, form the foundations of the Salento winery's modus operandi. Full-bodied, balanced and well-structured wine, it is aged for at least six months in French barriques. In order to be tasted to its full potential, it is necessary to wait about 3 years after the harvest. We recommend savoring this red during a cheerful dinner with friends. You will definitely not be disappointed.
