Umbria IGT "Salviano di Salviano" is a wine closely linked to its land of origin, authentic and delicate. The Salviano estate represents a true point of reference in the Umbrian wine scene and is guided by a philosophy connected to eco-sustainability, the authenticity of the products and organic farming. In fact, the winery produces completely natural, artisanal wines, made from grapes harvested manually and ripe at the right point thanks to the mild climate of the area. Furthermore, the local soil is of volcanic origin and rich in tuff, a factor which further favors the practice of viticulture. A balanced white and easy to drink, the Umbria IGT "Salviano di Salviano" is obtained from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon vines, allochthonous vines. The soft pressing is followed by fermentation and aging in French oak barriques: from this careful processing comes a structured wine, but with a young sip, endowed with a harmonious bouquet of aromas and flavors, typical of the vines used. It is a wine with an excellent balance and a splendid pleasantness.
