'San Biagio' Garda Classico Groppello DOC PODERE SELVA CAPUZZA 2015

The San Biagio Garda Classico Groppello wine is a red wine with Denomination of Controlled Origin. It is produced in Podere Selva Capuzza, a company with a long winemaking tradition. Here, among the morainic hills south of Lake Garda, the vines find the ideal conditions for growth, with well-ventilated and sunny slopes. This wine is obtained exclusively from Groppello grapes, an autochthonous vine of the Garda area characterized by tight and compact bunches. This vine gives the wine very characteristic fruity and spicy scents that make it unmistakable. The harvest takes place by hand so as not to damage the extremely delicate berries, and after fermentation in steel the wine is ready for marketing. San Biagio Garda Classico Groppello is in fact a young, fresh and light wine which does not need long aging in the bottle. Its deliberately refined simplicity makes it a not too demanding, cheerful and convivial wine, perfect to be enjoyed in the company of friends.
