It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
San Clemente Abruzzo DOC is an expressive and intense wine made by Cantina Zaccagnini . Born from the meeting of the three typical vines of the area that give the wine different qualities: Trebbiano d'Abruzzo (70%) brings freshness, Pecorino (15%) the great structure and Passerina (15%) a note of delicacy. The vines are grown on the hills of Contrada Pozzo, in the province of Pescara. The climate is cool and particularly windy, qualities that allow the grapes to reach a perfect state of ripeness, without giving up a good acidity. After the harvest and soft pressing phases, the must ferments in steel tanks. It then faces a period of 12 months of refinement and finally rests another 3 in barriques. San Clemente Abruzzo DOC Cantina Zaccagnini is an important, intense, structured white with excellent longevity. It is ready to be enjoyed, but aging in the cellar certainly improves its complexity, richness and elegance.
