Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

San Leto Timorasso is a refined white wine signed by Daniele Ricci , a producer who is committed to enhancing viticulture in the Alessandria area. This wine is obtained exclusively from Timorasso grapes, a local variety that expresses itself elegantly thanks to the characteristics of the soil. The company's vineyards are located on a hillside where the vines that reach thirty years of age enjoy the ideal conditions for growth. The manual harvest involves a careful selection of the bunches that have reached perfect ripeness. In the cellar, the vinification begins with an alcoholic fermentation, followed by a one-year refinement period which takes place inside acacia wood barrels. To allow the wine to seal all its scents and at the same time maintain a remarkable freshness, the refinement continues for two years in the bottle. For this reason San Leto Timorasso is excellent right away, but it can be left to rest for another 3/4 years in the cellar.
