Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
San Vincenzo Veneto IGT is a pleasant and fresh white wine with an essential character, made with an assembly of Garganega, Chardonnay and Sauvignon grapes harvested from vines in the heart of the Soave area. The vines are grown on soils of volcanic and partly calcareous origin, using the permanent spurred cordon system. The wine is produced by the Anselmi winery , a historic Italian winery that grows its own vines, thanks to the temperate climate, near Monte Foscarini in the province of Verona. San Vincenzo Veneto IGT confirms the quality of this cellar with expressiveness and balance, marking the unique scents of the volcanic territory. The production path of the label faces a fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature and then goes into the bottle, where it refines its aromas for about three months. At the end of its journey, it reveals itself as a delicate wine with very pronounced mineral notes and a very pleasant elegance.
