Sancerre Langlois Chateau is a white wine produced exclusively with Sauvignon grapes in the Loire Valley, France. Here the land has all the qualities to make an exceptional wine. A varied terroir, mainly based on tuff and limestone, a native vine, Sauvignon blanc, difficult and precious, a temperate climate, mitigated by the ocean breeze. It is precisely on these lands that, back in 1912, Edouard Langlois and his wife Jeanne Chateau founded the Langlois Chateau maison in St Hilaire St Florent, in the Loire. The grapes that give rise to this Sancerre Langlois Chateau white wine grow on the land of Sancerre, around the Castle. The soil is rich in rocks, minerals and silica. The wine is fermented in steel tanks and bottled only in spring. Each bottle is subjected to a scrupulous quality control. An ideal white for an aperitif with friends, immediately drinkable.
