Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Sassisto Langhe DOC Rosso is a label signed by Bera Valter , a winery that represents the Piedmontese winemaking philosophy in an exceptional way. To make this wine, Nebbiolo grapes are mainly used, to which other black berried grapes are added in minimal percentages. Cultivated in the company-owned plots located in the Langhe, the grapes enjoy the ideal conditions for reaching perfect ripeness. When this happens, the bunches are carefully selected and transported to the cellar for destemming. The alcoholic fermentation on the skins lasts for about a week in steel containers and is followed by the malolactic one. The wine is then left to refine in wooden barrels for a period of about two years, during which it seals its sensory nuances. With its elegance and alcohol content, the Sassisto Langhe DOC Rosso red wine can evolve if it is left to rest in the cellar for up to five years.
