Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The Sauvignon produced by the Abbazia di Novacella winery in Alto Adige is a particularly appreciated wine. The cellar that produces it is characterized by a great winemaking tradition. In fact, some historical evidence attests that this company is one of the oldest still in business, with evidence dating back to around the twelfth century. Thanks to this knowledge so strong and rooted in tradition, the Sauvignon in question is skilfully produced through precise methods that take into account all the characteristics of the territory. The Sauvignon vineyards are in fact located between six hundred and nine hundred meters above sea level where there is a strong temperature range which, together with the massive mineral presence in the soil on which they are grown, ensures that the grapes for this wine have the main organoleptic characteristics then they will determine the distinctive signs of the wine itself. The fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks then allow these characteristics to remain unchanged. It is a wine of medium intensity and structure that is characterized by a large and varied bouquet where notes of ripe fruit alternate with elderflower, basil and typically herbaceous scents such as tomato leaf. The sip is sapid and with a beautiful freshness, with a very persistent finish .
