Sauvignon Blanc Alto Adige DOC Erste+Neue 2022

Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC , a white wine with intense aromas, produced by Erste+Neue , is a perfect example of the South Tyrolean enological peculiarities. This label is obtained by vinifying only Sauvignon Blanc grapes, a variety that adapts perfectly to the characteristics of the Dolomite territory. The vineyards are located about 450 meters above sea level: here the vines sink their roots into a gravelly substrate with a high percentage of limestone. Among the rows, the company pays scrupulous attention to the ecosystem, adopting sustainable practices. The harvest involves a careful selection of the best bunches. In the cellar, the grapes undergo a first fermentation in steel tanks, where the wine also remains for the brief aging on the lees. Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC is a ready-to-drink white wine, but manages to give very pleasant and elegant sensations even after a couple of years of careful storage in the cellar.
