Sauvignon Blanc 'Bottega Vinai' Trentino DOC Cavit 2021

Sauvignon Blanc Bottega Vinai Trentino DOC is a fresh white wine produced by the Cavit winery. It is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Sauvignon grapes. This variety is grown on plots located in the scenic Valle dei Laghi, in the northern area of Lake Garda. Here the soils, rich in limestone and rock, combine with a particularly mild microclimate to create an environment that is favorable for the cultivation of vines right up to the moment of the manual harvest. Once the best bunches have been selected for transport to the cellar, the vinification begins with destemming and continues with a soft pressing of the grapes. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place inside large stainless steel tanks with careful temperature control. In the same containers the wine ages for a few months before being bottled. Sauvignon Blanc Bottega Vinai Trentino DOC is a white wine designed to be appreciated immediately, in order to be able to savor the varietal freshness.
