Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The white Sauvignon Colli Piacentini DOC is an excellent wine offered by the prestigious Emilian winery La Tosa owned by the Pizzamiglio brothers, who have always been attentive to the ancient tradition of local winemaking. With several national awards, including that of the Veronelli Guide, this wine is the result of the vinification of Sauvignon grapes, the fruit of vines grown at a height between 180 meters and 210 meters above sea level. The label comes from grapes harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September. After harvesting, the bunches are transferred to the cellar where they undergo a 7-month fermentation process on the lees. Sauvignon Colli Piacentini DOC is bottled around the month of May. The end result is a commendable terroir wine. A Sauvignon with an aroma of elderberry, tomato leaf and peach, with citrus and vegetable nuances, with a taste rich in structure and balance, with a remarkable final persistence.
