Description
The white wine "Lazio Sauvignon IGT" produced by the Casale del Giglio winery with the use of 100% highly selected Sauvignon grapes, is an excellent wine with a unique and intense taste. This white is the result of careful and careful processing. It is harvested in the first days of September, in order to preserve the right acidity content of the grapes and at the same time ensure good ripening. An elegant, structured wine with character, perfect at the table and appreciated for its freshness and flavour. The Casale del Giglio winery that produces it is a renowned reality in the Agro Pontino, south of Rome, which operates professionally in the wine sector, enhancing the production and diffusion of wines not only from the Latina area, but from all of Lazio.
