With 100% Sauvignon grapes in the stony soils, typical of the Grave del Friuli, the vinification is very accurate with a short maceration on the skins, subsequent separation of the must, by means of soft pressing. Fermentation at controlled temperature at 18°C to favor the development and preservation of the aromas. It has an intense aroma and a strong olfactory and gustatory impact, typically green and herbaceous notes. Light straw yellow colour. Important, typical aroma, reminiscent of yellow flowers, sage, mint, passion fruit, nettle. It is aromatic, delicate, dry, very elegant and with an excellent quality/price ratio.
