Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The white wine Vigna Castel Ringberg Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC Sauvignon from the Walch Elena winery is characterized by being rich and elegant. These characteristics are closely linked to the vineyard of origin which is located near an ancient Hapsburg castle. To obtain this excellent wine, only Sauvignon grapes are used, grown on land that has an average height of 400 meters and enjoys very favorable climatic conditions. To produce the white wine Vigna Castel Ringberg Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC Sauvignon , the grapes are softly pressed after the harvest; then we move on to the fermentation which takes place first in steel at a controlled temperature and subsequently in barriques for a maximum of 15% of the total. We proceed with the same proportions for the refinement in the bottle, obtaining a wine with excellent structure, full-bodied and harmonious. Great elegance and finesse, green and mineral notes follow each other during the tasting with progressive intensity.
