Sauvignon Vineyards of the Dolomites IGT Pojer and Sandri 2022

Sauvignon Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT is a white wine produced by the Trentino winery Pojer e Sandri . It is obtained from the vinification of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, an international variety characterized by unmistakable aromas. The vineyards are located in the localities of Palai and Frait, not far from Faedo. Thanks to the breezes that blow from Lake Garda, the vines enjoy an ideal environment to develop, also thanks to the marly soil with a good percentage of silt and limestone. When they reach the optimal degree of ripeness, the healthiest bunches are selected by hand for transport to the cellar. Here the grapes are gently pressed and then macerated with the modern technique of oxygen reduction which prevents oxidation. The work continues with the refinement in steel which lasts until the spring following the harvest. Perfect from the start, Sauvignon Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT is a white that reserves pleasant surprises even after a couple of years of further evolution.
