Description
Three small parcels of Pinot Noir acquired by the company in 2005: the first is called "Les Vermots" and is a vineyard planted in 1950.
Beautiful land of 0.25 hectares completely isolated from other lands, it has been conducted in organic farming since 2005.
The second is called "Aux Champs Pruniers", which arrived on the estate in 2006 purchased from a producer who had never plowed his vines, it was a good test for organic farming. Small plot of 0.25 hectares, it was planted in 1930.
The third plot of 13 acres arrived on the estate in 2005, 'Les Planchots'.
All these vines are grown in organic agriculture. Hand picked, selection in the vineyard. Crushing with the feet and very delicate vertical pressing. Very long settling. Aging in 600 liter barrels. The result is a truly elegant wine, with ethereal, delicate, floral and fruity aromas. The taste is intense, but at the same time fine and persistent. Truly a great wine.
