Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

This Savigny les Beaune Blanc Domaine de Bellene white wine comes from the heart of Burgundy, one of the most popular areas for wine enthusiasts. The Domaine de Bellene production cellar was founded in 2005 by two expert winemakers, Nicolas Potel and Sylvain Debord. The Savigny les Beaune Blanc Domaine de Bellene comes from the first parcels of land purchased, including those of the village of the same name Savigny les Beaune. Made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, planted about 40 years ago on sunny and clayey soils, these give the wine freshness and minerality. Cellar operations at Domaine de Bellene are carried out with passion and craftsmanship. Only the first quality grapes are selected, the pressing is done with the feet and the Chardonnay grapes are pressed for a long time to avoid oxidation of the grapes. Chemical or synthetic substances are banned in the vineyard, and the grapes are harvested manually. We then proceed with spontaneous and malolactic fermentation both in oak barrels, the same ones in which the wine will rest for a few months before bottling. The result is a very balanced, mineral and enveloping white; it is supported by a good freshness and enchants the senses with its mineral and fruity aromas and aromatic herbs; it can be drunk immediately or it can be "forgotten" in the cellar for a few years, where it will only improve.
