The Romagna Albana Passito DOCG Scaccomatto from the Fattoria Zerbina winery is produced from 100% Albana grapes. A delicate passito with great persistence, which is made with grapes affected by the so-called noble rot. After the harvest, which takes place strictly between the months of October and December, a long refinement process follows which takes place first in steel for a year and two months, then in French oak barriques for 90 days, finally in bottle for another 12 months. The result is a sweet wine of great freshness, particularly rich and elegant.
