Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Schliff Sauvignon Alte Reben Alto Adige DOC is an elegant white wine produced by the Kellerei St.Pauls winery. The label is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, grown on the vineyards that give the wine its name. Here the thirty-year-old vines enjoy a south-east exposure and sink their roots into a morainic substrate with large blocks of porphyry. By virtue of these characteristics, the mineral profile of the grapes stands out for its elegance and complexity. After the harvest, the grapes are left to macerate briefly before starting the fermentation with monitoring of the temperature which takes place inside stainless steel tanks. On the fine lees the wine ages for up to 9 months, always in steel containers. Already perfect after bottling, Schliff Sauvignon Alte Reben Alto Adige DOC can pleasantly surprise even after 4-5 years of careful conservation.
