Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Schulthauser Pinot Bianco from the famous San Michele Appiano winery is obtained from the exclusive use of Pinot Bianco grapes. The Schulthaus vineyards are located at an average altitude of about 450 meters in the heart of Alto Adige where the particularity of the subsoil and the mild climate ensure an almost perfect ripening of the grapes. Since 1907 this winery, with passion and dedication, enhances the products of the South Tyrolean territory, perfectly balancing artisan traditions and technological innovation. The production cycle is meticulously followed right from the harvest which is done by hand. After a soft pressing, the fermentation begins which takes place for the most part in steel tanks and for a small period in wooden barrels. The final refinement directly in the bottle ensures that the Pinot Bianco Schulthauser wine thus obtained is fresh and fragrant, elegant and refined at the same time, slightly acidic with a slightly hinted fragrance of fruit. Ideal to be consumed as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to fish-based dishes.
