Description

The Sciuscia Nero d'Avola Terre Siciliane PGI from the CVA Canicattì winery comes to life in a fascinating and challenging territory, where the variety of the soil and the intensity of the sun meet the millennial love for growing vines. We are in Sicily, in the province of Agrigento, where the passionate work of the winemakers of the CVA Canicattì cooperative is put to the test by the frequent scarcity of water reserves. Wisdom and experience, dedication and technology are the aces up the sleeve of the cellar, which manages to enhance the peculiarity of this terroir and transform it into a sweet and full-bodied nectar, which takes the name of Sciuscia Nero d'Avola Terre Siciliane PGI. Passito wine easy to drink and with a captivating taste, it takes advantage of the warm wind of the island to give the grapes of its vine, the late harvest Nero d'Avola, an excellent degree of drying. A long and complex refinement, conducted in barrels, in tanks and then in glass, helps to enhance the precious organoleptic profile that is expressed in each bottle.
