Falanghina 'Serrocielo' Feudi di San Gregorio is a wine that is born in the heart of Irpinia, in an area that alternates between hills and plains in a generous and colorful nature. Here the mild climate and altitudes no higher than 700 meters are the background to an ancient love for the cultivation of the vine. It is in these places rich in tradition and attachment to one's roots that wines capable of best representing the identity of these places are born with their freshness and ease of drinking. With a soft and balanced taste, the 'Serrocielo' Feudi di San Gregorio is a DOCG white wine produced 100% with only grapes from the ancient and famous Falanghina vine, whose name seems to have originated from the pole introduced as guardian of the stumps of vine, the falanga, starting the expansion of viticulture in Campania. After a careful selection of grapes, the fermentation and maturation process takes place in steel with continuous batonnage on its lees before being bottled, acquiring all those intense and elegant olfactory characteristics that make it a pleasant wine on the palate and suitable for every day .
