Glass
Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Dry Sesto Senso is a sparkling wine by Andreola that comes from the winery's intention to synthesize the five expressions of the Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore it produces. The sugary notes make it pleasant when accompanied by particularly tasty dishes. In the heart of the prosecco terroir, in Col San Martino, there are the vineyards from which the Glera, Bianchetta and Porera grapes are obtained, from which the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Dry Sesto Senso is obtained. The harvest takes place in the second half of September, by hand and with careful selection. After a soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature, followed by an aging of about three months in the bottle, prior to marketing. The vocation for quality of this sparkling wine is remarkable, and its peculiarities have been appreciated by many, as demonstrated by the numerous diplomas earned.
