Sherry Fino Pando Jerez-Xérès-Sherry DO Williams ' Humbert

Sherry Fino Pando is one of the staple products of the Williams & Humbert company, which has been operating for more than 100 years in southern Spain. Fortified wine with a refined soul, Sherry comes from the vineyards located between Jerez de la Frontera, Puerto di Santa Maria and Sanlucar di Barrameda. The climatic conditions, with temperate winters and hot summers, are ideal for the development of the grapes that make up the wine. At the base of Sherry is 100% pure Palomino Fino, a quality grape with a high sugar content, indigenous to Andalusia. Produced with the traditional Soleras method, it involves the addition of a wine distillate during fermentation. The wine is then aged in overlapping oak barrels and decanted into the lower ones, one year after the other. The aging lasts at least 5 years and sees the continuous mixing with new wine, in order to give an inimitable taste to the product. Sherry Fino Pando is decidedly elegant and refined, perfect for a gala reception or a formal occasion.
