The Primitivo Rosso Puglia IGT Since 1913 wine from the Torrevento winery embodies all the essence of Puglia. The characteristic territory, made up of red soils rich in minerals, and the good influence of the sea contribute to the perfect phenological development of the vine. The production context is located in Corato near Castel del Monte, precisely in the Torre del Vento district. The headquarters of the winery is an ancient monastery of which, in addition to the location, it also seems to have inherited the painstaking management of the vineyards and the winemaking techniques. Primitivo Rosso Puglia IGT Since 1913 manages to fill all the available tasting brackets. Color, hints and taste are the result of a long and careful vinification. An important role is played by maceration, aging and subsequent refinement which make it elegant, fine and pleasant to drink. The tannins are sweet and elegant. The sip is characterized by a full and ripe fruitiness. The wine is fresh, savory and pleasantly balanced. The long finish has a very pleasant persistence.
