Produced with a blend of two native Apulian vines, the 'Sine Nomine' Salice Salentino DOC Riserva of the Torrevento company is made thanks to the union of Negroamaro, which constitutes its main structure (90%) with the addition of a 10% of Malvasia Nera. This important red wine is the older brother of Faneros, another famous wine of the Torrevento winery, from which it differs in that it undergoes a longer period of rest inside wooden barrels, in fact acquiring the right to be mentioned with the term Reserve. Salice Salentino Rosso Riserva DOC is a harmonious and full-bodied red wine. Thanks to its pleasant drinkability, it is ideal for a dinner with friends, as an accompaniment to the whole meal, but also to be enjoyed in meditation, by virtue of the strong structure and complex scents that characterize it. 'Sine Nomine' can be tasted young, but it also has an excellent capacity for evolution, which can last up to seven-eight years in the cellar.
