Description
The Sirmian Pinot Bianco Alto Adige/Südtrol DOC is a wine produced in the Nals Margreid winery in Nalles. The company represents one of the winemaking excellences of Alto Adige, thanks to the accurate manual work, in full respect of nature. The grapes come from Pinot Bianco vines, grown on soils rich in marble, limestone and mica which reach their maximum expression thanks to the typically alpine but mild climate. After the harvest, carried out in October, the grapes are pressed and then proceed to fermentation in steel and oak barrels. Subsequently, the maturation process is carried out on the fine yeasts for about 8 months in order to best preserve the aromas and organoleptic qualities. Sirmian Pinot Bianco Alto Adige/Südtirol DOC is an elegant and intense wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but it can also rest in the cellar for a couple of years.
