'Solaris' Sangiovese di Romagna DOC Superiore Zavalloni 2020

Solaris Sangiovese Superiore di Romagna DOC is a full-bodied red wine made by the Zavalloni winery. It is obtained only from Sangiovese grapes, a representative vine of the area and of the entire Romagna region. The reference vineyards are among the finest plots owned by the company. Here the conditions are favorable to allow the vines to reach an ideal level of ripeness. In order to guarantee a high quality standard, the bunches are selected by hand before vinification. As far as refinement is concerned, a subdivision into lots is carried out to obtain a balanced result. A part of the wine rests in steel, while the remaining part acquires greater complexity inside wooden barrels, up to the assembly that precedes bottling. Solaris Sangiovese Superiore di Romagna DOC is perfect to be enjoyed immediately, but is distinguished by a longevity that makes tasting pleasant even after 4-5 years of storage in the cellar.
