'SP68' Terre Siciliane Red IGT Occhipinti Arianna 2021

The SP68 Rosso Arianna Occhipinti wine is classified as Terre Siciliane IGT. It is produced by the Arianna Occhipinti farm in Vittoria, in south-eastern Sicily. The SP68 Rosso Arianna Occhipinti is made up of 70% Frappato grapes and 30% Nero d'Avola grapes. These are native vines that are very common in Sicily. The wine obtained is a young and fresh wine, which brings to mind the sun and the freshness of the island. Arianna Occhipinti, one of the most popular female producers in Sicily, has been following natural production philosophies for years and belongs to the famous Triple A association, the first in Italy to collect and promote wines and producers of this kind. The harvest takes place between the end of September and the first ten days of October, the fermentation uses only indigenous yeasts and the refinement takes place first in cement tanks and then in the bottle. This fresh, soft and spicy wine, perfect to be enjoyed with meat dishes, is an organic wine, therefore produced without the use of chemical interventions.
