Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Description
The Spano Salento Rosso Riserva IGP is a wine that comes from the Calò Michele and Figli di Tuglie winery. The company is considered a pioneer in the wine world and produces bottles of high prestige. The grapes come from the Negramaro vine, cultivated on soils rich in sand and clay with the sapling training system. The harvest is done manually towards the end of September and then the maceration of the grapes and the racking take place. The initial refinement takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and for the remainder in small fine oak barrels for a period of 12 months. Then we continue with the assembly and after a period of 1 year in the bottle, it is put on the market. Spano Salento Rosso Riserva PGI is an intense and soft wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but can evolve in the cellar if correctly stored for 3/4 years.
