Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

There is a place in France where territory, climate and culture contribute to the birth of Champagne AOC Special Club Cramant Grand Cru Pierre Gimonnet & Fils. We are in the so-called Côte des Blancs, where the Gimonnet brothers carry on the family tradition by combining research and innovation. There are 28 hectares of Chardonnay from which this champagne with an unmistakable trait derives, or the territory of Cramant, a real Cru, among the most important in Champagne, in the Grand Crus area, the best, and this sensational vintage is ample testimony . The bunches are still harvested by hand today and the production is done according to the style and unmistakable dedication of the Gimonnet family. The Cramant Special Club was born from the passion of the two brothers who aim to obtain the champagne they love, made of elegance, aromatic finesse and the typical freshness of the great Chardonnays. Over 60 months of aging on the lees make this champagne a real gem of incomparable finesse and elegance. Structured and creamy, intense and persistent, but elegant, very elegant. Very limited production of about 3000 bottles.
